Who are we looking

We are looking for a Program Director who thrives in working with cross functional teams to support and deliver hardware and software technology infrastructure supporting large scale construction projects. This role is very broad in its responsibilities. The right candidate will possess the skills to drive measurable success in complex, multi-disciplined environments, quickly pivot in constantly evolving markets to meet business goals, maintain reporting, schedules, and project priorities. You will engage and build successful collaborative working relationships with peers and team members from all lenses of the project as well as be adept at communication at the right level.

What you will work on

You will work on the Retail technology infrastructure team within the Program Management organization. Your role will include planning, management, and execution of technology within the North American retail fleet including but not limited to core infrastructure, digital signage and store music. You will be responsible for end-to-end project scoping, cost management, vendor management, coordination, & timely delivery of projects within defined budget parameters. Not only is the ability to identify & elevate risks to leadership & business partners critical, but the willingness to solution collaboratively, & learn is equally vital. This role will manage projects using hybrid Lean/Agile principals and framework.

Who will you work with

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams that range from design, construction, engineers, technology functions, outside vendors and various business partners. You will be reporting project status, risks and issues to the larger Project Management organization, project sponsors and senior leadership.

What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years professional experience
  • Thorough scheduling at the task level, with overall accountability at the program level
  • Proactive and effective communication with partners and to collaborate and maintain alignment both with business partners and senior management
  • Familiarity with construction & mechanical fixture drawing documents
  • Manage project timeline, scope and cost as well as any changes, estimating risks through deviations and variances
  • Familiarity with Lean/Agile principals and framework, agile project management shepherding projects from kick-off to delivery
  • Excellent end to end project management skills, shepherding an entire program from kick off to completion
  • Strong vendor execution management and delivery
  • Comfortable working in a very fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • PMP certification, or training is a plus
  • Remote Work Option - Open to remote work except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $109,500 in our lowest geographic market to $217,000 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
